Application Checklist for ALL Vendors:

Understanding What You Need (and Need to Know) to Apply

NOTE: Food vendors are required to provide more items. See more information below.

1. Canopies are recommended but not required to participate in the event. They are not available for rent.

2. Canopy Weights: Canopy weights are REQUIRED where canopies are in use. Requirement details and rental pricing can be found under General Info & Pricing.

3. Parking Permit (mandatory for all vehicles parked on campus): Details and permit can be found under General Info & Pricing.

4. Valid Seller’s Permit: Be ready to upload your Seller’s Permit when applying to participate in the event. Not sure what this is? Details on the Seller’s Permit and how to obtain one can be found under Required Permits & Insurance.

5. Valid Certificate of General Liability Insurance (COI) is required for all participating vendors. Be ready to upload your valid General Liability COI when applying. Expiration dates must exceed the dates of the event. More details can be found under Required Permits & Insurance.

6. Worker’s Compensation shall be submitted in cases where any persons staffing the booth are non-owners. (Requirement for Food Vendors) Be ready to upload your WC COI (or have your coverage represented on your General Liability COI) when applying to participate. Details on the COI requirements and limits are located under Required Permits & Insurance.

7. A UCI Vendor Agreement is required to participate in the event. To complete your Vendor Agreement ahead of applying, please visit the link HERE.

8. Auto Policy: Required for all vendors who wish to drive onto inner campus to load in/out. No-Drive Attestation (Food Vendors Only) will be required of food vendors in place of an auto policy when they do not wish to drive onto campus. Non-food vendors may submit this but it is not required.

9. Hand-washing Station (Food Vendors Only): Food vendors do require more items, including a hand-washing station. More information can be found under Required Permits & Insurance.

10. Valid Health Permit (Food Vendors Only): Required for all food vendors. No exceptions.

11. 3rd Party Temp Food Permit (Food Vendors Only): Required for all food vendors. More information can be found under Required Permits & Insurance.
