The Vendor Fair is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be provided due to any type of weather conditions unless at the discretion of the University.
Parking is the responsibility of the vendor and must be purchased through a UCI Events and Services link (i.e. Parking). You are welcome to visit UCI Park by Plate ahead of the event, or wait until more specific instructions are sent to approved vendors. Find more information about parking under General Info & Pricing.
General hours of the Vendor Fair are Monday-Friday, from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. However, individual vendor hours may vary.
Food sampling must be noted and approved by the Environmental Health & Safety department prior to the event. No sampling may be conducted without express permission.
Tables, chairs, and limited canopy weights are available for rent during the application process. These items are very limited in quantity and will likely run out. See General Info & Pricing for more detailed information. ASUCI Vendor Fair does not provide canopies, carts, trash cans, handwashing stations, sinks, appliances, or electrical equipment.
COIs or Certificates of Insurance are a requirement to be considered for participation at the ASUCI Vendor Fair. General Liability Insurance must match the limits noted under the Required Permits & Insurance tab.
AUTO COIs must be provided by every food vendor and any non-food vendor who wishes to drive onto the Ring Road. Food vendors not wishing to drive must provide a No-Drive Attestation in place of an Auto COI as part of their mandatory documentation.
All General Liability and Auto COIs must include The Regents of the University of California in the endorsements as additionally insured.
Workers Compensation Insurance is required of all food vendors as part of their mandatory documentation.

Music is allowed at booths as long as the sound does not exceed your booth space. Vendors playing music at amplified levels will be asked to reduce the volume and if found non-compliant could result in consequences for future fairs.
